Tower Hill Inclusive Football Team supports around 26 players all of whom have additional needs, and we build self-confidence, friendships and independence as well as footballing talent.

Established in April 2014, the team has grown from a small group of players into a thriving community aged between early teens to mid thirties. We have a great team of five coaches, lead by Michael Hill who was Highly Commended Coach of the Year 2025/6 by The Oxfordshire FA.

The team trains every Monday during term time, from 6–7pm at Witney ATP. Sessions are focused on developing footballing ability, building confidence and, above all, enjoying the game together. 

Tower Hill Inclusive Team competes in the Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Inclusive (BOBI) League, which hosts seven tournaments throughout the year. These events give players the opportunity to put their skills into practice, play competitive matches and represent Tower Hill alongside other inclusive teams. Our adult team plays in League 3, and we are developing an U16’s team too – watch this space!
